Concho Fence Co. was started by Antheny Pape more than 20 years ago. Pape was born and raised in San Angelo and has always wanted to be a part of the growing business community here. That’s why San Angelo is home to Pape’s newly-built office, shop, and yard. Pape also created ASAP Pipe with business partner Sam Janca, carrying several sizes and lengths of pipe and tubing.
